Dr. Roger L. Cory
President


Dr. Roger L. Cory serves as President of Mammoth Resource Partners, Inc. He has a lifetime of experience in both law and business spanning over 25 years. Roger’s life passion has always been and remains creating mutually beneficial alliances with investors that become long-term relationships on both a business and a personal level.
He has served at the highest levels of industry directing national management consulting firms from Chicago, Illinois to Lexington, Kentucky as Divisional Chief, Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer. He has created and maintained worldwide partnerships through syndication in Limited Partnerships, Joint Ventures and registered offerings, both exempt and non-exempt. Additionally, Dr. Cory has served on the Board of Directors of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce’s “Leadership Lexington” program, which develops industry leaders within the Lexington, Kentucky region into community contributors.
In law, he has served in various capacities including contractual development and negotiations and a variety of research projects for the Beverly Hills, California law firm of Brown, Baron and Madden, P.A., Haight, Dickson, Brown and Bonesteel of West Los Angeles, as well as a judicial clerkship for Presiding Circuit Court Judge Richard Byrne in Beverly Hills.
Dr. Cory received a Bachelor of Arts-Journalism Degree from California State University at Fullerton and holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Pepperdine University, School of Law. He currently possesses a Series 63 Certification from the Division of Kentucky Securities and has recently been asked to serve as Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council of the National Republican Congressional Committee.
He lives with Toni, his wife of 20 years, and their seven dogs in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. On Sundays they walk their beautiful 50-acre farm where they raise a small band of show cattle, sheep and Tennessee Walking Horses.

Daniel R. Northcutt, CISE
Chief Operating Officer

Daniel R. Northcutt, CISE serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Mammoth Resource Partners, Inc. as well as the Director of Information Technology. Mr. Northcutt has an extensive background in networking, computer security, high-end digital graphics and web design, and programming. In addition, he has held chief responsibilities for the technical direction of
large hospitals and integrated medical networks, as well as national and international business companies emphasizing security and accurate real-time information access.
Mr. Northcutt's position is especially vital in the Mammoth Resource Partner's company environment. While undertaking several key corporate roles, he serves as the Editor of “The Mammoth Advantage”. He also directs the Partner Communication System, which keeps all Investors informed regarding Partner well developments and current world energy trends. His Continuing development of technology solutions and adaptation of vital software that greatly enhances the crude oil discovery process has changed the face of oil and gas in the Appalachian Basin.
Daniel is a Certified Information Systems Engineer (CISE) encompassing multiple certifications in: Microsoft; Linux; OS2; Programming; Secure Systems design; Networking design, installation and administration; and a vast array of software applications.
Northcutt matriculated at the at the legendary Transylvania University with double majors in Organic Chemistry and Drama. He currently resides in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. Whenever possible he enjoys hunting and fishing in the beautiful Kentucky wilds.

James W. Morris
Managing Director & Director of Field Operations

Jim Morris is the Managing Director and Director of Field Operations for Mammoth Resource Partners, Inc. His responsibilities at Mammoth include: state, federal and securities compliance; registering issuer agents; overseeing lease acquisition and hazardous material compliance. He works with the several state agencies to ensure that Mammoth is compliant with all regulating bodies.
Jim had a 20-year career in the United States Navy, achieving the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7). His primary duties for seven years were as Nuclear Missile Technician onboard a nuclear powered Fleet Ballistic Submarine. Jim served in many different capacities during his career. Several significant ones were as an instructor, weight test shop manager, quality assurance (QA) office supervisor, assistant safety officer and as a hazardous material issue and waste site manager.
Upon retirement Jim spent five years with Southern New England Telephone as a telecommunications specialist. He then took a position with the City of Frankfort, Kentucky, starting a local and long distance telephone company for the municipality. To accomplish this he was responsible for all state and federal regulatory filings and the project management of the seven million dollar telephone switch and associated equipment installation.

As a key official with Mammoth Resource Partners, Inc, Mr. Morris now supervises a staff of technicians and experts in the gas development field before submitting his project recommendations to the President.
Since assuming his new duties in late 2005, Jim has amassed a stellar record of accomplishment at MRP, Inc.
 
As the chief architect of the famous Ona Lee Evans Natural Gas Reserve Project, Jim coordinated a team of internationally respected engineers, geologists and Fortune 500 energy services firms, proposed and implemented a plan of development resulting in the discovery of over 400 million dollars of producible natural gas at today’s prices. Under his direct control and supervision, Mr. Morris has never coordinated a drill operation resulting in a non-producing well.
